Axis MF announces 10% div under Equity Fund - Direct Plan

Axis Mutual Fund has announced 10 per cent dividend under dividend payout option of scheme named as “Axis Equity Fund - Direct Plan” on the face value of Rs 10 per unit.
The record date for the dividend is March 5. The latest NAV of the scheme is Rs 17.32.
The investment objective of the equity - diversified scheme is to achieve long term capital appreciation by investing in a diversified portfolio predominantly consisting of equity and equity related securities including derivatives.
The performance of the scheme is benchmarked against CNX Nifty Index. Chandresh Nigam is the fund manager of the scheme.
